- Customer service – with replacement parts supply for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) (deliveries from stock within 48 hours) and normal service (delivery according to availability in stock, or manufacturing time)
- Spareparts Pricelist - We publish a pricelist which can be downloaded from this site. If you do not find a specific part in the pricelist, please send a request to spares(at)bucher-group.com and we will soon provide you with the information.
- Repair service
- Installation support – possible at Airbus locations in Hamburg and Toulouse, through selected representatives. Support for Emergency Medical Systems and other equipment is conducted by Bucher or a partner of your choice on-site.
